My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, very comfortable, and very spacious, with a great staff that was very helpful. I wish there were more places like this around America. However, the room had some stains like humidity and ladybugs, which was a bit concerning.

Rooms

The room was spotless and very large, with a very comfortable bed, large clean bath, and a nice balcony overlooking the creek.

The hotel is at the end of the main street, making it convenient to walk to area attractions and offering a great view of the river.
Dining

The dining experience was okay, but I was disappointed that we were not informed about the lack of breakfast until after checking in.

The hotel needed some updating in terms of facilities, but overall, it offered a good deal for the price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean overall, although there were some issues like a loud hum from the maintenance room next door. The view from our King handicapped accessible suite with a balcony overlooking the river was fantastic. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent, with some staff members being nice and helpful while others were rude. The location was convenient for exploring Gatlinburg and being close to the National Park side, but the hotel was a bit outdated and not as nice as portrayed online. The dining options were limited, with only bagged muffins and pastries available early in the morning. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was close to the main attractions and offered value for the price paid.

Rooms
6.0
The room had a loud hum from the maintenance room next door and was dim initially. The cleanliness was not perfect with dirty pillows and hair in the sink, but overall clean aside from the floor needing a bit of cleaning. The TV and clock had issues, but we enjoyed the great view from our room.
Service
5.0
The staff had a mix of nice and helpful service along with some who were rude. Housekeeping was slow to respond, and there was noise at odd hours.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient for Appalachian Trail hikers and visitors to Gatlinburg, being close to major attractions and away from street noise. However, the area was quite crowded, and the hotel didn't match the online presentation.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was limited to basic options like bagged muffins and pastries, which were often out early. The location was good for walking to nearby places.
Facilities

It was noted that the rooms looked a bit old and run down, with minor maintenance issues.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfy, and a great value, although there was a slight issue with the odor in one of the rooms. The service was exceptional, aside from one rude encounter. The hotel's proximity to town was fantastic, but the dining fell a bit short. Overall, a good experience with a few hiccups.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very nice, clean and provided great value, but one of them had a strange smell like a bar. I was moved to another room that was not any better.
Service
9.0
The service was quite simply amazing, except for one instance where a staff member was rude and unhelpful.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg, making it convenient for walking to town and enjoying nearby shopping and restaurants.

Facilities

The hotel facilities were good, and being a few minutes from the strip added to its convenience.
